How to run belt, help ASAP
I have a K4 300 belt. Now I wanted to put it on. But I got looking, when facing the car. Does the belt go on the right or left side of the water pump?

Alright but there is no way in hell that a 300 4 rib belt is going to fit on it going on the right side of the water pump. I have stock pullies if that matters.

the belt deflects off of the right side of the water pump pulley, thus spinning it in a counterclockwise rotation. If you do not install it correctly you will cavitate the pump and just make air bubbles in the coolant thus overheating the car. Good luck.
