How to replace bulbs on 99 spec front bumper lights?

Hi,

one of my bulbs of my 99spec front bumper combo lights is broken and i have no idea how to replace it, because i cannot reach it from behind. i already took of the belly pan and the inner fender liner, but i still have no access to it. How can i replace the bulb?

Please notice that i have sleek headlights und dual oil coolers (if that matters).

Thanks for any help.

I believe the 99 turn signals are bolted to the bumper from behind. Normally I think you could pop up the headlights, remove the black plastic surround on the lights, and have enough access to either unbolt the signal to remove it from the car to work on it or get to the bulb itself.

With the non pop up's you've probably got a bigger job. You may have to remove the bumper or the headlights to get access.

That said, if you do that I would replace all the bulbs on each side with top quality bulbs so you don't have to get in there for a VERY long time.

Thanks for your reply! I found another easy way to do the Job. If you have someone with small hands, the bulbs can be replaced via the oil cooler ducts.
