There are two 10mm bolts where the pipe meets each turbo, 4 total. You've probably only removed the 2 bolts where the y-pipe connects to the primary turbo. To get to the bolts on the secondary turbo you'll have to remove the secondary turbo air intake pipe, by removing two more 10mm bolts that holt it on. I got under neath the car and reached up by the DP to get those off.

One more thing when removing the y-pipe, be careful and put rags or something in your turbos so nothing can fall in there. Just saw this thread...

yes, you have to get under the car to remove the intake piping from the secondary inlet. get your hand into the 'hole' that you use to get to the DP

funny i remember needing to remove my ypipe to install the efini ypipe and the search function worked great.

I'm trying to remove the y-pipe from my stock setup (trying to track down big oil leak). Which bolts am I supposed to loosen or remove? From what I can tell 2 on primary turbo, 2 from long air pipe (what is this, exactly) and 2 more on the secondary turbo (6 in all). Am I on the right track? I'm having trouble reaching the 2 bolts on the long pipe that attaches to the end of the second turbo (I've tried from bottom and top).

I assume I'll need to replace the gasket on the long airpipe, but what about the O-Ring on the secondary turbo side of the Y-pipe? Where is the best place to get these items. Thanks
