how to remove?

How do I go about getting this 19mm bolt out? I know I need a way to hold the part the pulley attaches to but am at a loss of how to go about it. Any tricks?

Thanks

Is the engine currently installed or is it out of the car? It "appears" out of the car but just wanted to check. If so, with the flywheel still on, us something to stop the flywheel from moving. Something like this:

Then you need a long breaker bar or a pretty powerful impact gun. If you don't have any of that stuff, take it to a machine shop and let them knock it off for you.
