How to relieve fuel pressure?

I have started to do the silicone hose job and remembered that I have to relieve the pressure in the fuel system before disconnecting the fuel line. I just can't seem to find my notes from the forum how to do this. Anyone be able to give me a quick reply? Thanks guys!

1) Start the car and let it idle
2) Open fuse box by driver's side strut tower
3) Remove "Opening Relay"
4) Engine will stall
5) Put relay back in

This relieves the pressure, but it doesnt' get it completely down. A ton of gas still came out when I did this before unhooking the fuel filter.

I just let mine sit over night with the gas cap off.

Thanks guys, I will do both. I can run it until it stalls and leave the cap off for a day.
