How to produce safe knock with pfc?

I would like to trigger knock sensor in order to test my instrument on fd.

I have pfc on my car so it is possible to produce some knock safe with out blow my engine?
What settings do I have to change?

You should start with learning the basics of tuning first. Intentionally inducing knock is pretty risky for a beginner.

I quoted the service manual in another thread, it's 3.5 kHz for the stock sensor.

Tap on the engine lift hook, don't bother with the jumper, just look at the commander.

Yep, the service manual tells you to tap on the engine lift hook with a hammer to test the knock sensor.
