How to Open a Greddy Boost Gauge

I am trying to replace the bulb in my Greddy Boost gauge. I removed the two screws on the back, but I still cant pull it apart. Any help.. and yes I searched the forums and google

Usually with the greddy gauges, you have two rubber plugs that you pull out, and then you should see where the bulbs are held
