How much HP/TQ would a stock 93 at 3psi make?

70% less horsepower than stock, since stock is at 10Psi.

Is it really vital for you to know this?

 

Well, I don't think you can run the car at 3 psi , but if you could it would probably make 165.36 whp.

 

That's a pretty dumb argument if a hypothetical horsepower number will shut a bunch of people up....

Seriously, 160-170 is about in the ballpark. If you had a turbo that was smaller, you'd probably make more power at 3psi but compromise absolute power.
