define fixed.

If you fix/paint the body without cutting corners and put an enterior in it you may get 8k for it if you do a really nice job. The salvaged title is going to hurt you. If the car does not run you might get 5k.

To be honest, that's the type of car you either keep and fix up so you can enjoy it or part it out. You'll never get your money back on a salvaged car. I know this because it took me months to sell a salvaged roller with new paint and no exterior dents at 3k.

the carruns and drives preaty good, tho it smokes alitle in the begining but it smells like fuel not oil, and i think it gets flooded with fuel.

i got a 05 tc you can see it in the backround its salvage too it cost me 8,500 to fix it with everything now i can sell it for 11,000

I always hate this question(I used to sell cars for a living). "How much is my car worth?" It is worth whatever someone is willing to pay you for it and whatever you will will accept for it. Simple!
Now folks, quit asking this rediculous question. Please! I am tired of seeing these posts!

you picked that car up for 2500 lol? I just got through putting a clutch in my vette and it cost about 2k for parts and labor

I feel like I'd rather have that car instead of umm a new clutch...****

While it is true that value is entirely subjective (or in the mind), you can certainly predict a fair market value based off of trends in a given market. Obviously a car with a salvaged title and various issues is going to have a lower market clearing price (where supply and demand intersect).

With a salvage title you're not going to be able to get a lot out of it. I mean granted you'll get the 2,500 you paid for it, but modding that car will not net you any more money then leaving it alone in running condition. You have to realize that although it may be a good deal, its salvage which means it is hard to insure(for some companies) and usually impossible to finance.

Think long and hard before you start putting money into it. You definetly won't be getting any of that back out.

The reason i asked this question becouse from what i hear you have to spent alot of money and time keeping this car in shape and running straight, so the deal is were probably going to keep it for a while and sell it later .

thats why i posted this post.
