with, truly, due respect i thought this post might be an attempt to bring some humor to the forum. what you are considering is like playing Russian roulette with six shells in your revolver. max air at 11.5 AFR for the OE (2800 cc) injector capacity is 53.6 pounds per minute at 85% duty. 400 rwhp. power level purely based on fuel and air... makes no consideration for the crappy manifolding etc.

the right side of the blue line is call your engine builder.

but you aren't going over the blue line? i have a log where i gained 10 psi in a tenth of a second.

you have a 700 rwhp turbo and fuel for, maybe 400.

change the turbo or change the fuel

Definitely a waste using a turbo that size with a stock fuel system, however if overboost cut out is set appropriately, a jammed wastegate or failed reference should not be an engine failure, may as well be using a carburettor and distributor if you allow those to occur.

Will be looking to get a fuel system 720 primaries and 2000 secondaries. Which computed to 540whp or so with 40 psi fuel pressure.
The t51r at the lowest boost (maybe 14 psi wastegate?) might be close to 400-450whp?

stock trans and clutch limit is around 400whp also right?

if the engine is a stock port, and you have the stock intakes, at its going to peak around 6500rpm, which at 14psi puts you around 400hp. if you want more power, the turbo would be happy to run higher boost
the other way is to get the peak power rpm to happen higher, usually with porting. you can do both too, for example Howard's engine is ported, and it makes peak power way higher than 6500, and he runs more boost too
