New reman and all R&R labor: ~3500 to 4000
Rebuilt twins: ~800 to 1000
Rebuilt tranny: ~1000 to 1200
so all told, around ~$5300 to $6200.
This isn't including any incidentals you may need or want to do at the same time to save money on labor, like new clutch, new motor mounts, new fuel injectors, new rad, etc.
