CA Car still not starting

so yeah like the title says my car still isnt starting. i played with the timing and checked everything else. worse comes to worse its low compression or the ECU. but i dont see why it would be the ECU. hmm well i have yet to test it, i was looking around and figured, what if its low compression? is it a possibility? its a fresh rebuild and i dont see why it would have low compression or anything would be wrong with it. unless i babied it too much..... i drove it slow EVERYWHERE. shifting @ 2.5k rpm driving like a granny. doing under the speed limit and this is where it takes me. i should have just redlined it, at least it would of had a good reason to go out.....

would it be a possibility that it has carbon build up or stuck apex seals already? anyone have a compression tester i can borrow?

i dont have any money right now i cant even tow it.... i need it because im going to start working tho. so please anyone with equipment if you can lend me a hand with it.

obviously towing isnt going to be free..... but i can get gas money or food or whatever

Maybe you should ask on your local regional forum, you might find someone to help you out.

I would deflood it and use some starting fluid on the intake.

If that doesn't work check for spark and if it has spark, check the compression.

I already checked for spark. And I used brake cleaner idk if that's would be any different. And I checked the resistance on all of the ignition components as well and main relays. The whole checklist on the haynes manual. But ill try it again tomorrow. Deflood. And get some carb cleaner. And check compression. It sounds good, I played with the apex seals and they come in and out.

check your plugs to make sure they are not fouled already, you might be getting spark to the wires but the plugs might not be igniting.

use an actual starter fluid, carb and brake cleaners are not starting fluids...they might be flammable but so is hairspray and paint and none of that **** was made to run your engine...

this is a starting fluid

I remember you saying you had a shop put this motor in, you need to make sure that all the bolts on your engine are tightened, they might of only hand tightened some, it happens.

You need to use actual starting fluid.
