Just got the original block rebuilt with 147,000. Was still running too, my engine builder said there was no major problems with it too. It was just time. Cassis has 147,000 too.

57k on engine

Must resist driving it, keep it below 100k as long as I can... The REPU is getting old as my daily driver the last couple weeks, plus it gets worse gas milage.

94 base, 69xxx Miles still on orig engine . . . . . for now. . . . ::crosses fingers::

After what point, should the chassis be spot welded, and what not, to return structural integrity as like new? I read something like after 170-200k miles, the chassis isnt as rigid due to wear and tear (problem accelerated if the car is used in competition). Or am i reading into the Option 2 magazines too much?

I have a 93 fd with 56k milles. the motor has just a few thousand miles and was put in sep. of 2004. only had the car a month or so but i love it.

145k 4,000miles on the 3rd motor, and waiting for my 4th one because this stupid mazda reman that I have is a *crap*
