How many engine turns does it take for your FD to start when cold?

Thanks for the posts. I have brand new NGK spark plugs and also a brand new battery. Everytime I take the car out, I redline 2nd and 3rd about 5 times, so I don't think it is carbon buildup. My air filter setup is stock, aside from the K&N i have in there.
