76k on the body, 800 miles on second engine.

 

137k on original motor and body and still got very good compresion. Getting change soon just to be safe.

Wow, 137K on the orginal engine, eh? That's almost unheard of. Wonder who has the highest mileage before needing a rebuild?

 

100,000 + miles on the chasis. 10,000 on my third in three years of owning the car.

 

12,000 miles on original engine - 93 Black R1 stock.

 

126700 on body/chassis. According to documents obtained at time of purchase 4 months ago,... the car has gone through 2 engines.

The current reman engine has 23k miles on it. I'm currently driving my FD about 850 miles per month.

 

150K on first engine, currently have 61K on my second engine.

 

I have 133600 some odd miles on the body. Put in the 2nd engine lest that I know of as the 2nd one at around 114000 some odd.

My car had a "second" motor put in by its previous owner, a retired MP who bought it new, at around 50k. I'm pretty sure he left the oil cap off or something. I bought it at 60k, lost a coolant o-ring to freak baby chipmunk incident at 70k, and have had my KDR streetported, balanced, blueprinted, etc. motor in since, and now have 90k on it.

All else major is original, including the turbos.

 

Around 170,000 miles on 3rd engine.

1st went at 105k from old age, second at 145k from detonation due to cold day/timing advance/lean mixture, and 3rd is streetported, rebuilt by me and running strong. Also on 2nd tranny, 2nd diff, and 2nd turbos.

Stock seq. twins and streetport makes 355hp at the wheels.

132,337 on car, 47,000 on Pettit motor, 11.77 at 117mph and 357hp at 15psi. (motor is 2nd motor in chassis)

 

For some reason I thought you had more miles on that motor. Don't ask me why...

I'm at 71,000 Miles on first engine and turbos. But the turbos don't seem to be doin so hot.

 

I have around 74K on my R-1. The engine was definitely replaced around 35K and I think the turbos were as well. Garnered this info between carfax reports and KDR's feelings about the drivetrain. I wasn't given the info, but research helps.

New rebuilt in for 1500miles then Kaboom
Another Rebuilt in for 210miles then boom

Now rebuilding the motor currently!

Got my car from a rich guy that had a lot of other sports cars. Had less than 41,000. Haven't put much on it since.

 

it seems to me that replacement engines dont last as long as the original motor even the mazda remains.

 

78k before the coolant seal went bad. In the process of rebuilding right now.

56k on original motor and its not moving anytime soon..

Got car with 46k on it, at 60k engine went, now 12k on second.
