how to make engine stand

How can i make a engine stand adapter so that i can mount my engine on a engine stand? Anyone have like the layouts for building one i dont relly wana buy one. I have searched but found nothing.

ive seen them on ebay quite often, only like 20 bucks i think. the guy that sells them them makes the pieces himself but they look like they would do the job and doesnt cost much either

i bought just a regular engine stand just using the plate that slides though the stock it has 4 cuts going though it for positioning of the arms. I just took the arms off and use the straight cuts to mount the front plates 3 bolts. I might be able to get a picture up if needed.

ya could you please post a pic. I just got the motor out today first time job wasnt hard at all. I got the r&r and it helped alot. thanks guys
