How to make door sit flush with cars body?

I am planning on repainting my FD over the summer but I need to work out a few body problems first. My drivers side door sticks out a bit from the cars body. How to I go about making it sit flush with the rest of the car? Thanks in advance.

There's no easy answer for this. You have to figurte out what is obstructing your door from closing properly and adjust or eliminate it accordingly. One thing to question though is, has your car ever been in an accident? That makes for a lot more variables in the situation.

The car has a clean title so as far as I know it hasn't been in an accident. It has been like this since I purchased it.

Haha, tried that one too. It's weird though, the door can't close anymore even if I try pushing it. I am sure moving the latches will fix it but I don't want to have to go down that route.

Might be worth talking to a body shop - aligning doors properly can be VERY tricky. If nothing major needs to be done and the alignment simply needs to be made, it would probably be VERY cheap for a good body shop.
