Exclamation How long would you say it takes to take out and replace a subframe?!?!

just like the topic says...how long does it take to take apart and reinstall a front subframe, swaybar, and radiator bracket all together with the engine OUT?

Ask turbojeff, hes damn good at that sort of thing. Hes owned 14 ( i think?) FD's, most of them were wrecked and he repaired.

if the engines out already, your half way there!! There should be no troubles. Just remember to get an allignment when it all goes back together. Replace all your bushings while everything is off(control arm bushings and such,If you weren't planning to already) Good luck!

Yeah a couple hours ought to do it. It isn't really that hard with the motor out, but things come up...

Oh 911GT2 I just got #15. Most of them have been blown motors or just disassembled not wrecks.

Maybe an hour, hour and a half. I've taken the subframe off so many times for various reasons that, I'm pretty good at it.
