how long between plug changes?

How long should I go before changing or checking plugs? Its been about 2800miles since they were changed...

It all depends on factors such as mods, driving style, location... My site has more details but generally between 3 and 12K would be my advice.

With moderate driving, and a good share of WOT driving, certainly no more than 15K miles, 10K is better.

The plugs on my mildly modded car were pretty much shot at 15k and probably should have been replaced at 12k. I would think a heavily modded car like yours would go through them quicker but maybe not.
