How to install a turbo timer

sup guy.... i just got my HKS type-1 turbo timer but not sure how to install it. anyone from the pass expereince knows how to install it?

Buy a harness. That the easiest and cleanest way.

Too bad you didn't do some research before buying. You don't need a turbo timer for an FD. Just drive it easy for the last 2 minutes of your drive, and shut it off. Turbo timers are a waste of time, space, and money. Maybe you can get your money back

yup the harness is the best way to go. Then all you have to do is run the correct wire from the harness to the e-brake handle sensor. Your turbo timer may have a few other options available that require you to run other wires but that all should be in the manual.

yeah i have to say i wish i hadnt got one, but o well....

buy harness

plug in...way more of a pain in the *** than it sounds

i just did the ebrake wire and ground, not the rpm thing.
