how to import 1999-2002 rx-7's

I wanted to know how to legalize a rx-7 after 1995. I can buy a 1999 rx-7 from japan but I don't know how to legalize the car. If anyone has imported one or knows how to legalize it please give me some info. Thanks

Without even knowing you, I know you don't have the money and time to get it done. Anyone who has researched this will tell you the same.
