how hard are you on your car?

How do you guys drive your car on a regular basis? are you really hard on it racing whoever you see or is boost just something your car see's occasionally? Just trying to see how the average fd driver treats their car.

I'm good to my car.. unless I'm in the mood to drive. Or someone thinks they can beat it. I look at it like this: you bought the car for a few reasons, top of the list being: It's insanely fast, handles well, sounds awesome at WOT. So why not enjoy it for the time between the last time it broke and the next time you break it.

Ya mine is a daily driver but i still try to get her into the powerband once or twice a day just for kicks, not really shifting hard just accelerating (sp) quickly. Plus you have a rotory and rotories like to rev so why not keep her happy?
btw: xstransam nice sig man thats great hahaha

I wouldn't say it is driving it hard, but rather driving it as it is meant to be driven. This car was not meant to be a grocery fetcher. Mine is daily driven and I drive it like it likes to be driven.

Daily driver. Averaging over 15K miles a year along with being autocrossed hard about 25 times a year with a few open track days as well. I don't abuse it on the street, but the car works hard at the track.

I have had the car 4 years and I drive it pretty hard (street driving, no racing). I also constantly performing 'regular' maintenance. The car is strong and handles beautifully. So, I guess I will continue to drive the **** out of it.

I usually keep the RPMs under 4k, but once in a while, I'll open her up.

I have had mine for about a month and to be honest - I always keep her under 4k. Every now and again i'll stomp on the pedal and just let her fly but for the most part, I want to get the reliability mods in before I go racing around like I know I will.

Only 32k on the original engine/turbos and I want to make them last

I don't know why some of you guys own this car....

My car is a daily driver with auto-x and road track events. During my short daily commute, I usually drive it pretty easy, under 4k rpm but with moderate boost. When I drive the car for fun on the weekend, the car sees the redline/WOT/full boost several times during a drive.

Obviously, the car gets rode hard on the track.....

75k on original motor/turbos so far....(keeping fingers crossed)

I drive the **** out of it whenever it is assembled and functional. When it isn't, I drive the **** out of my daily driver.
