ive seen it in few cars, wher the climate control is swapped from above the radio to wher the hand rest is...is ther a kit for this, i tried searchin but didn't really know what to type..but if anyone can help me out and tell me if this is done custom or is it a kit to relocate the dials...if no one knows what i am talking about, i took a pic from another forum...

It's not a kit. You just cut the A/C panel out and move to where you want it relocated (some bondo or something to stick it in place, sand it flush and repaint, extend wires and there ya go).
