How do I run the horn wire?

When I got my car, it had an aftermarket steering wheel and a quick release, it had a horn wire, but was never hooked up. It has a wire coming from the steering column, and when grounded, the horn honks. Now I've put on an Efini wheel, and it has a hole in the back of it for the horn wire. The problem, is that when I turn the wheel, the wire gets tangled and wraps around the steering column, sometimes pulling the connector out. Not to mention it's noisy when the wire rubs on the back of the wheel. How would I wire it so I don't have this problem?

Also.....a little off-topic, but where can I get those little metal clips for the interior panels? Besides the dealership.
