How do i remove R1 passenger side oil cooler?
How do i go about removing R1 passenger side oil cooler and is it possible to keep the drivers side one hooked up? my passenger one was damaged and the lines were broken so i had to get the most heavy duty oil cooler hose i could find and by pass it making a U from the inlet to outlet hard line but i dont know how long it will hold.

It Shouldn't be more than a few bolts to take off like the drivers side oil cooler. Might have to give it a few wiggles for it to come off its mounting points. As to the Lines it shouldn't be a problem if you just run the one cooler, as the drivers side has a thermostat in the cooler itself.

thanks for the reply, i should specif i already have the passenger side cooler off but the damaged hard lines are still there hanging by the wheel with my bypass hose. how to i go about removing those passenger hard lines? do i lift the car and follow the lines? are the lines gonna be on-top of the drivers side ones or do they have a different mount point.

lol yeah i would be keeping the r1 lines if the were good.
so i need to find stock/base style drivers side lines? are the r1 passenger side connected with the drivers side one? i thought (hoping) it was like a banjo fitting on top of another somewhere on the motor.
