How do I drain the coolant out of the engine?

exactly as the tital says. How do I get the coolant out fo the engine?

I'm putting in my NPG today and I want to get as much fo the old stuff out as I can.

I just put in a new radiator and I also wanted to get all the old stuff out. Check the pic at the bottom of this page: http://www.rx7turboturbo.com/robrobinette/flush.htm

Removing that drain plug resulted in getting at least another quart or so out of the block. But be careful, it shoots out with a vengeance! Have your bucket far away enough to catch it cause it shoots about 10 inches.

yeah, there was about a third bucket in there last time i flushed mine out. i didnt know to hold the bucket 10 inches away, i just caught all of the hot coolant with my hair...

damn, i need the alternator belt they have in that picture, without the airpump. i am currently using a 30.5 mm 3 rib belt on the tightest setting, and it squeals every time i start the damn car. does anybody have a part number of a 4 or 5 rib 30" by any chance?

so can I get to that coolan drain plug from the bottom of the car? anything I need to take off or do I just jack up the car and I'll see it?
