How to dismantle FD3S engine?

I'm taking the engine out tomorrow. (possible coolant seal problem) The engine itself was rebuilt 3K miles ago.

I know how to take the engine out, remove the turbos and some other ancileries etc.

I just don't know how to strip the block completely and open it up. Is there a certain order I should do it in, anything I should watch out for, and any specific tools I might need?

I've heard the flywheel nut can be a pain?

Is there a guide out there for this? (I have had a look).

Thanks in advance! Can't wait to get the thing opened up!
