Well, hopefully you would at least sit in the car before you'd buy it... so why don't you get back to us?

It seems to depend on how long your legs/torso are, not overall. There are a million threads on this. A good query might be "tall+FD".

the main issue fd's have is that fact that the steering wheel is not a tilt wheel. It can make for some discomfort . But many of us look past the fact . just because its such a badass car.

also . the sun roof models take some headroom away. you should be fine though.

6'3'' with a touring model (sunroof). If I could get alittle more headroom, I'd take it, but that's not really my problem. Long legs=steering wheel too far away so the knees get in the way just a little. But after I get my spacer and either a smaller wheel or one of those "D" shaped wheels I don't see it really being a problem. Just the wheel hits RIGHT on my knees so I have to sit like a chick waiting to get rammed , and if I can get the wheel an inch or two closer I'll be able to straighten my legs out and have plenty of room.

But even the way it is, and as said before, once you get one, it's easy to look past the few minor problems that bigger guys run into.

As long as you don't mind your head bumping the ceiling every time you go over a bump, it ain't bad at all.

it's manageable, what can I say. I have a sunroof and wish I didn't. it's about like driving a miata to me and I did that for a long time so what can I say. I'm not going to go do a 5 hour roadtrip or anything in it but whipping around a roundabout at 40 makes it all worthwhile. I'm also a bit fat at 280 so this doesn't help either. Luckily I have long legs and a short torso, if you're the other way around I see problems for you.

Ouch, 280lbs would be tough. I'm tall, but split pretty evenly between legs and torso. My son is a bit taller than my 6'2" and has plenty of headroom, but he has a short torso.

When I bought the car my son and I put 3k + miles on it in three days driving to bring it back home. I actually thought it was plenty comfortable for the road trip. I just got used to sticking the crown of my head into the space for the sunroof if we were going over a bump.

I'm 6'3 and ~180lbs. I fit with the stock seat, but with a helmet it was no good. I had the seat modified at a trusted interior shop, and they remade the foam and re did the leather, and it is 2.5 inches lower now, but just as comfortable, and not any narrower. Best way to go imo, costs a little money, but keeps the stock look.

I lean to the side a little or I'd be against the roof even with the seat full back and reclined against the bins.

yea so how common is it about the apex seal going? i read it has to do with the motor not being properly being broken in and not having proper cooling or something like that... sorry im very new to rotary so bare with me

Read through the FAQs and it will help a lot. There is a lot more that I don't know about the cars than what I do know. I don't believe the apex seals have a problem primarily from improper cooling, (the coolant seals can fail do to overheating) but more a problem if the engine runs too lean, pre-detonates, so the seal isn't exactly in the correct position during combustion, causing it to break.

Of course, I could be completely wrong.....

Pretty close yea, just the sheer detonating of a engine (because of the Lean Mixture) creates a violent explosion instead of a controlled one, and this violent explosion can crack chip or break the apex seal.

I'm 6'2'', with aftermarket corbeau seats, custom roll bar without rear bins so it wouldnt effect seat placement, I still had to remove the seat brackets and bolt the seat to the floor to fit with a helmet; it's still not exactly comfortable.
