turn mirror counter-clock wise, their will be two screws hold the base and mirror mount to the car. Remove those screws and your going to have to disconnect the mirror plug as well. To do this you will have to remove the door panel and speaker pod and go through that hole. You have now removed the mirror and putting a new one on goes obviously in the reverse order.
