where is the ecu located? how can i tell if it is stock or upgraded?

The ECU is located on the passenger side kickpanel, in front of the door. You have to take off the panel to get at it. The stock ECU looks like a plain silver box. If it is upgraded, it will most likely have a sticker of the maker on it. Good luck.
