How can I Rewire shielded wires? (Ignitor, CAS..)

I am rewiring a lot of things on my car but im not exactly sure what to do with the shielded wires. Should I just wrap the wires in aluminum foil then tape and ground it at one end? Or is the shielded wire I can buy?
