How can I legalize a 1999 rx-7

I wanted to know how to legalize a rx-7 after 1995. I can buy a 1999 rx-7 from japan but I don't know how to legalize the car. If anyone has imported one or knows how to legalize one please help. I need more info. Also does anyone know any importers that can legalize the car thanks.

didn't you ask this already in a thread earlier today? Anyway unless you have an unbelievable amount of money to spend to legalize it forget about it.
