how to bleed air from cooling system, anyone got a thread?

I have air in my cooling system. i get the low coolant warning light until the engine runs for 5 minutes or so. anybody have any good instructions on how to clear it out?

Disconnect the throttle body coolant line when you fill the coolant. This will allow air to escape. Be sure to reconnect it when you are done. You may have to do this more than once.
