How bad would boost creep be if i added this?

hey every1,
I stumbled across this neat little device on a domestic performance site.

http://www.pfyc.com/store/merchant.m...ory_Code=GAEXH

Now i know how bad ppl get boost creep on the stock wastegate with a midpipe and a muffler, so im curious as to how fierce this spike would be. Only way to cure it an aftermarket wastegate?

Very fierce spiking and creep. Almost no backpressure there.

Definitely don't do this without an aftermarket or modified wastegate.

Other than that it should work fairly well if the seal holds.

thats what i was thinking cuz it is a TRUE straight downpipe. Im a little scared to do it even if i port my stock wastegate, cuz i hear stories of ppl with a mp and cat back spiking still. Could that overspool the turbos with that little backpressure?

Get a PFC and have a tuner properly over-compensate the high-boost settings before you go crazy with this.

Personally I wouldn't do it without a totally ported out WG or aftermarket WG.

That would be soo badass to be cruising on the highway and some dude pulls up in some 03 cobra, or some other **** that everyone is kicking its *** lately. Then all you do is just push the button and he's toasted and deaf.

i hear these things leak when closed. also i somehow doubt it would stand up to the heat of a turbo rotary.
