how bad is my turbo?

only 10k miles on these rebuilt turbo's, the manifold only scares me, the cracks are huge, it has about 145k total on them but rebuild 10k miles ago, no shaft play.

So how bad? what to do next? advise?

You cant really tell the condition of your turbos just by an old manifold, I would just find a decent shape used manifold and you should be fine.

That crack on the turbo hotside is out to the gasket....not good. Why bother rebuilding turbos with 140k on them?
