How bad is it?
Might want to post up a pic. It's pretty much impossible to leak oil from the spark plug - there's plenty around it that could be a culprit, though. Regardless, probably not a major issue.

100% sure? I guarantee you it is not the plugs. do a search on anything related to the oil filter and any oil leaking culprits, hoses, oil filter and check that first. bet you find your problem. do the easy stuff first. good luck.

My guess is that the knock sensor (the thing right above the plugs) is leaking goo. The knock sensor is like a metal cup, filled with goo (usually with a skin on top so it doesn't leak), and the sensor element itself is suspended in the goo. If the skip ruptures, the goo will leak out. Mine started leaking like that. To fix it, you just have to replace the knock sensor.
Run your finger through the leaked fluids trail. If it is sensor goo, it might be stickier, thicker, or more baked on (doesn't smear with finger rub) than it would be if it was oil. You may also be able to see on the knock sensor if it is leaking or not.

is it urgent? and i just replace my spark plugs since i got the car and how bad can a good spark plug be? Mine where like carbonized...anyways i replaced the sparks and the car starts well...how do i know if all 4 are fonctionnal now?
not super urgent. do a search on knock sensor to learn what it does and why it's not urgent.
knock sensor will not affect spark plugs. don't know what you're talking about with regards to carbonized... replace plugs every 5-10k miles use stock NGK 9's all around.
