How bad is it?

So I'm finally digging into the FD I recently bought. I bought it off a friend who lost interest in it. This car had been sitting for about 10 years and my goal is to bring her back to life! The plugs were pulled and here's how destroyed they are.. How Bad do i expect the inside to be once it's pulled apart?

Yikes. I'd just pull the engine and rebuild it. Might have salvageable parts.
