Hose Question - near turbo oil lines

there is a hard pipe connected to the oil line that feeds the turbo. I don't remember where it goes to. it's right next to the passenger side of the thermostat housing.
Can someone help me?

TIA

One end goes to the oil filler unit ( a nipple that points down ) ,the other end goes to the pri turbo intake elbow

That's what I thought, but when the engine was on the engine stand, and I rotated it, it started dripping oil. but it makes sense if it connects to the oil filler neck.

thanks guys.

I would also change the gaskets to avoid leaking. There is one on each end.

what gasket , he is asking about a vacuum line next to the oil line. the oil line has two copper o -rings, gaskets if you like , the vacuum line has no gaskets.

you may also want to make sure that the hose you are fooling with is not the cooland hose that feeds the throttle body which is also next to the thermostat behind the air pump.
