Horn stays going and lights stay up. Help.

So its been awhile since I've been here. Anyways it's been a few months since I fired the fd up. I swapped batteries cause the old one was deadish needed a charge. I took the battery out of my accord to go for a cruise and after I started it maybe 5 min into warming up the horn started to blair and headlights came up and stayed up. I think it's security system related. I had to disconnect the battery because the horn stayed going even with the key out. I have done the jumper wire mod for the click click start issue cause I was having starting issues in the past where it seemed like a dead ignition switch (no start or click at all but the light in the dash would go out while the key was turned). That trick helped with the starting but it gets a click click often but then fires up. Maybe it could be related? it's just weird I'm sitting there everything was normal and boom it happens. Any help or advice would help. I read some one stating to check the relays int the front by the bumper?

Yes I have attempted unlocking and locking the drivers door several times with all doors and trunk closed. The car turns over still.

I'm going to attempt to unplug the 20 and 8 pin connectors in the drivers kick panel apparently it should disable the system just have to manually lock the pass door. I'll try this when I get in. Hopefully it can isolate the issue.

Check the wiring harness that runs above the driver side wheel well. I had this happen to me and it turned out my wheel and rubbed through the harness and caused a few shorts

The wires looked fine above the drivers splash shield. No rubbing through. So I unplugged the 15a hazard fuse which has the horn tied in so would not have to deal with the noise. Headlights would pop open and turn on and stay up even without the key or switch turned on. So I unplugged the white 20 pin from the security system and the the white 8 pin above it. As I unplugged the 20 pin the headlights went down so I put the horn fuse back in and no issues. I'm guessing the security computer **** the bed.

Just leave the #2 ECU unplug, my power lock still works with the 8 and 20 pins connector unplugged.
