Horn and lights stay on

Sorry for the long story, but wanted to cover everything. What's in bold is what happen. It has been awhile since the car was running.(may 2014) I deleted the ac system. And put everything back together. (Minus the electric fan that was on the intercooler, was like that when I bought the car) started the car up and idled for about 15 mins. Durring idle I had the air bubble eliminating funnel kit and was waiting the car to get to temp so the fans can kick on and use the remaining coolant in the funnel. I notice once that happened I go back and look at the power fc and reads 80c but the gauge is at the half way mark. I look back at the pfc and it increases temp every sec to 90c but the temp gauge is still reading half. I turn off the car. I go back to the engine bay to cap the fill neck and with the car off and keys in my pocket the horn goes off with the lights flipping up and stay on. I disconnect the horn relay but lights stay on and flipped up. I try pushing the flip up light button but nothing.g happens. I disconect the battery and call it a night. Any thoughts to What or why this happen.

Fixed it! this morning I hooked up the battery and lights went back down crank her up and started right up. This this time idle went down as temp rose pfc and temp gauge were "sync" shut her off after fans kicked in and temp went back down and waited no horn or light surprise. Dam rotaries! Smh
