Horn doesn't work?
A friend of mine and I have been trying to fix the horn all dang day. Bought a new horn. tested with a 12v probe at the horn buttons on the wheel, good there. Get power at the relay in the engine bay. but horn still wont work.
I'm tired, and have been searching now for over an hour with absolutely no results, despite countless threads on the subject...
I don't even know where the hell the Horn's cpu is located.... and have heard that the horn runs through either the STOP fuse, but my brake lights work...
I'm just tired... haha

Tried following the tests in the FSM? You can test the relay via the diagnostic box. The switch is a ground, so you shouldn't apply 12v to it.
Have you removed the airbag ecu? Any other electrical work done on the car recently?
Here is the circuit diagram showing which fuses the horn circuit is powered from:

Yeah, I have the FSM. We (my buddy and I) narrowed it down to the CPU, as it worked when tested after it, and works when the cpu is bypassed. So i just bypassed it all. My airbag doesn't work anyway, and I just need the horn to get my brake and light inspection.
Thanks for your advice.
