Hooking up autometer A/F gauge
Hooking up autometer A/F gauge
Were is the best place to hook up the autometer A/F gauge? Direct to the wire coming of the O2 sensor? Or at the ECU? or doesnt it matter.
yeah, im new to the FD's but from what i have seen and learned, a wideband is def the way to go. yes they are more expensive but they give a exact a/f ratio which seems to be key in these mobile time bombs
I just bought a AEM Uego wide band last nite. It was 288 shipped from horsepowerfreaks.com.

A narrowband AFR meter is a light show for ricers. Get a wideband and get some usefull data.
If your going to hook it up anyway it doesn't really matter where you get the hook up for it as its not going to be accurate anyway. That and the signal wire is not that long.

At the ecu so the wire run is not as hard and the connection is not in the hot dirty area .If you know it is not accurate and do not tune with it go for the light show .
