I have a 93 and the hood won't unlatch. When you pull the release under the dash it feels like the cable is still connected to the latch but the hood will not pop up. Is there an easy fix for this?

Well .... I am not having much luck. Does anyone have any other suggestions? I do not have ANY space between the hood and the front nose.

I have a '94 and my hood is stuck shut. I searched the topic and found lots of threads describing how to open it, but nothing has worked. It really hard to see into the gap between the hood and bumper and I'm not really sure what to grab to release the latch. Can anyone send or post some detailed pictures of the hood latch mechanism? Thanks

 

Just curious but if that cheap plastic green thing break I'll need a new release cable correct?
