hood latch cable broke

cable broke!! how do you get hood open ? also does
anyone have a driver side outside door handle 4sale?

I was wondering if it is dangerous to keep the hood latch up while driving under 30 mphs to have kind of a ram air thing goin on?

As light as the hood is, I would not reccomend doing that.
