I love the whole CF against the white look you're going for, it looks great! Living in Alaska must be pretty cool sometimes - it's somewhere I've always wanted to check out. Good luck with the car and keep us updated!

Awesome look! I love that hood. The fitment looks great from the pictures. I was considering getting that hood but I've chosen to get the MazdaSpeed hood.

Another vote for paint.

I know it's not the same hood, but you should get the idea. White FDs done right look SOOO clean!

you need a more aggressive looking front end to match the rest of the car.

Personally, I hate carbon fiber hoods. Painted would look 10 times nicer!

That hood is sexy, I love Carbon Fiber...but I must be honest, in my opinion they look best with Black cars or dark blue! Kinda like the carbon creations FD. But still very nicely done sir!

So when you bringing that thing up to Anchorage? there's a few other FD's up here, none are mine unfortunately!

That looks so nice. How often do you plan on driving the car up there? I know it snows for a good portion of the year.

I like the car, but I prefer the stock hood painted the same color as the car. I wouldn't change the hood unless the engine didn't fit under it.

I like it!

Tough call on painting the hood since white FD's look best sporting the clean look. I say you cant go wrong either way

I knew that people would say to paint it, that's what I was thinking too, but I will leave that way for now till I get the whole car painted, I still have the original paint and if I were to just paint the hood it might not macth,

FD Rey = I will be driving the car up until it starts snowing

I don't like the hood maybe if it was white it wouldn't stick out so much. Love the wheels !

Nice! The fitment looks very good (for a change). However, the body shop did a really really poor job of matching the paint with the rest of the car .

Kai, your car looks more pimped every time I see it! Definitely a 7 I'd trade mine for. Why paint it? That hood gives an agressive personality to the car. When you feel like goin into Clark Kent mode you can slap the stock hood back on.
BTW, Let me know when you'll be "visiting" us at Krispy Kremes down in the continental USA Concord,Ca -Stefan

Your car looks so much better than before you brought it to the shop. It's one of the best looking FD's I have ever seen and worked on. .

Hope you get tired of living in Alaska and come back to Cali soon.

Chuck
