Smile hood bolt. how to replace?

so here is the story. i tried to unbolt the hood to work on my car but it was rusted. sprayed some lube on the hinge and bolt and waited, then i went to take it off. i ended up breaking the bolt.

how do i replace the bolt that is on the hood? it looks like its in there good. any help would be appreciated.

If there is any part of the bolt stinking out, you can cut a slit on the top with a grinder or cutting tool (ie dremel) making it deep and then use a flat head crew driver.

try putting a vice grip on the part that is sticking out, if its flush or below the surface try a reverse drill bit.
