If you could scan or trace a copy of what you want, and either email it to me, I will give you approximate cost. obviously, the more parts i run during the same cutting run, the less the cost. Also, with your sketch or dwg., please write in dimensions, best you can for hole sizes, centerlines and such. faxes dont usually come in to scale
Well, it has to be like at LEAST 2 or 3 PRESSED together or however they are stuck together.

One more thing. I would'nt mind coming up with a kit, say 3 or 4 exhaust flange gaskets where the cat hooks to the dp and muffler. I recently put a mp on my car and because of the boost creep issues that I've read about here, I watercut 3 new gaskets. 1 at 2.5" ID, 1 at 2.75" ID, and 1 at 3" ID. I installed, and am currently running the 2.5" ID gasket between the dp and mp without any creep issues. When I get some time (10 minutes), I will go up to the 2>75 inch and see what happens. And I rant, but anyway, I could probably cut and ship a set of these for your own experimentation for about $30. gaskets were cut from 16 Ga. 304 ss

Based on my experience doing a downpipe install, $100 for a new turbo-downpipe gasket is cheap in order to not to have to repeat that miserable job because of an exhaust leak. The first lesson of Auto Mechanics 101 is to never reuse gaskets.

BUmp^ any progress or updates on this issue. I can have someone make some copper gakets but I'm not sure how they would hold up as far as sealing the exhaust, he says he could do 1/16" what do you guys think? Copper is good for close to 2000F and is very malleable, which is a bit more than what the exhaust temps, will reach. I'm on the same boat as most of you guys need new gaskets, but have plenty of time. The cheapest I could find so far was from http://rxforyour7.com/Rotary%20Parts.htm#FD3S, but the pricing was from 3 months ago.

Thats crazy, my downpipe to turbo gasket looked brand new. Now the one to the cat, that is a whole different story.

I looked hard. The problem is that temps at that junction approach 1000° F. That's more than anything but fiberglass and metal can handle. So most DIY gasket materials will cook quickly. The trick, if reusing a metal gasket here, is perfectly flat mating surfaces, very clean surfaces, and even, accurately torqued studs.

I ended up buying a new/unused gasket off another forum member for a lot less than the current dealer price. According to one parts guy, Mazda changed/updated the part number for this gasket. So I'm curious if they improved it, or just jacked it $$.
