HKS twin power, install ???

I am going to install my HKS w/harness tonight. Hook up seems easy but were do you put the unit itself? I've seen cars without cruise control mount ,but i have cruise. Is there room under or is there a better location? Any input would be appreciated, pictures would be great.
Thanks

Maybe not a good spot, but mine is on top of the brake booster behind the master cylinder. It is attached with double sided tape. It is a tight fit.

Just some places to start.

As I recall, the hardest part about this mod is finding a location for this item to be mounted.

I put mine on the left side firewall below the shock tower. their is even a hole drilled for it. makes it so easy. looks like it was ment to be there. also the twinpower is smog legal in california under CARB (California Air Resource Board) Executive Order # D-186-5 . for us California guys. We need all the help we can get (LOL).

^ I like that placement. It almost has an OEM look to it.

If only it wasn’t the trickery of an incredible camera and simple reality that it looked that nice!

Anyone in the greater Portland Oregon area want to hook me up with a competent painter at a reasonable price?

IIRC the twin power is one of the only units that will run both properly. I could be mistaken.

It runs them all.

FWIW, I had mine on the driver's side rail. Of course, I didn't have A/C or PS or much else for that matter so it was very easy to get to. I do like that location next to the booster though. One thing I'd be concerned about is airflow and being able to properly cool the unit.

IIRC I used the washer fluid tube hole and reached in through the vent to hold the nut while screwing down the bolt, and relocated the line to the left of the pic.

I mounted mine to the front of the car to let some air flow to it

If you lift up the cruise control, there's room under there. I have mine zip-tied on top of the fuel pump resistor since the hole on my shock tower was already taken for an oil catch can.
