Hks Turbo Timer Speed And Rpm Sensor Wire

ANyone know the color of the speed sensor and RPM sensor wire on the igniton harnest under the steering column.. I wanted to avoid having to run a line to the ECU.. HKS turbo timer type 1.. works fine but i wanted to hook up the RPM and the speed sensor wire so that the auto timer would work...

i dont know where the rpm sensor is, my greddy unit worked by just using the connector piece. I can tell you I found this for you...( For the purple speedometer signal wire from the GReddy timer, connect it to the green with red wire on the ECU. To identify it, remove the electrical plug nearest the carpet from the ECU. This is a 22 pin plug with two rows of 11 pins, but not all slots have wires coming from them. Position the plug so the lower left slot is empty.
Count the wires in the top row from the left. The 5th wire should be green with red.) from rob robinette's site on where the speed sensor wire is. (for the speed wire, you will have to run a wire behind the ecu.) If you want to see the entire installation page, it is http://www.scuderiaciriani.com/rx7/t..._install.html. Instructions should be the same for all types. Certainly the ecu wire is. Glad to be of help

Thanks but was wondering if there was a wire location at the steering column.. didn't want to have to run a wire all the way to the ecu.. plus I don't think i have that connector anymore. I have a haltech now and using the haltech wire loom.. iI think i know which wires are the speed senors and rpm off th haltech.. just wanted to avoid running a long wire to the ecu. I guess i'll have to if no one knows what the steering column colors are.. thanks for the info.
