hks downpipe, what is it made of

I have that downpipe and want to buy the fitting before removing it for my EGT sensor, anyone knows if i need stainless steel fittings or ordinary steel to weld it on the downpipe?

it is ordinary steel, it has a really good coating though, and doesn't rust, or hasn;t rusted for me in about 1 year.
